Promoting the Health Benefits of Golf

April 10th, 2019

As we look forward to the excitement of The Masters, we carry two stories which illustrate golf as an antidote to stress and mental anxiety.

England Golf has teed off its #SwitchOffWithGolf campaign, with ambassadors Dan Walker and Professor Greg Whyte encouraging golf fans ‘to reduce screen-time and increase green-time’ to improve their mental well-being while Syngenta’s ‘Growing Golf’ platform includes interviews with two people for whom golf has proved important in recovering from depression and bereavement.

Excellent preparation for ‘Golf & Health Week’ which begins next Monday.
