The Rio Olympics golf course development has survived another legal challenge but the state prosecutors may yet appeal, believing that “even the eventual possibility of not fulfilling the deals and contracts with the Olympic committee must not supersede the need to preserve the environment.”

Time is running out. I hope there is a Plan B.
