When Topgolf opens its ‘golf entertainment venue’ at its flagship Las Vegas location in May it will need more than 850 staff to run it. In addition to 108 climate-controlled hitting bays, the four-level Topgolf Las Vegas will feature five bars, two kitchens, a concert venue, two swimming pools, ‘intimate private event’ spaces, a retail shop, and a Callaway club fitting centre.
In addition to golf professionals, Topgolf is now recruiting: servers, bartenders, bussers, kitchen, maintenance, guest services staff and many more. It’s golf, Jim, but not as we have ever known it.
