Give Golf A Go

It was a great pleasure to attend the opening of Frilford Heath Golf Club’s fourth golf course on Monday. The Yellow Course has just 6 greens with 12 tees and offers fun and entertainment to all standards of golfer.

The opening tee shot was played by the Club’s oldest member, 100 year-old Hugh Chamberlain, who was closely followed by the Club’s youngest member who has just turned 6 and was partnered with European Tour player Eddie Pepperell.

As Alistair Booth, Frilford Heath Executive Chairman, said “We want to safeguard the future of this sport and feel that in order to do so, we need to make golf available to everyone” and the inspired opening pairings made that point precisely,
