Planning permission to build a second 18-hole course at Trump International Golf Links in Scotland has been given by Aberdeenshire Council.

The course designer, Martin Hawtree, told GBN.com that he would like to develop a contrasting course to that of his first course at Menie which was opened in 2012, but still very much with a solid core of seaside links

At the Trump International Golf Links in Aberdeenshire, the 12ft (3.6m) wide by 84ft (25.6m) long tee, incorporating 10 bays, was created using Huxley Golf Premier Tee Turf 2. Work was carried out during the autumn in readiness for play throughout the winter months
