Clubhaus Acquires Three UK Golf and Country Clubs29-10-1999

All three clubs have been acquired from Invicta Leisure Limited. The consideration will comprise £600,000 in cash, the repayment of £7.7 million of inter-company debt and the assumption of £3.9 million of debt.
