Aberdeenshire councillors have given Donald Trump a unique opportunity to buy a small but important piece of land to complete his golf course at Menie.

Owners of homes at Menie are reported to have been offered a 15% premium on valuations which are said to be already ‘high-end’ plus the lifetime right to use the new facilities free of charge and the opportunity to buy new homes on the new Trump Resort at cost price.
