New Hampstead Golf Club History aims to provide Members with an understanding of their Heritage and a reason to promote the Club’s Sustainability

The birthplace of The Open recently celebrated the 200th Anniversary of the birth of Tom Morris who was responsible for both the original 12-hole course in 1851 and its extension to 18 holes in 1882

English Heritage has unveiled a ‘blue plaque’ to commemorate one of the boyhood homes of Sir Henry Cotton. Cotton is the first professional golfer to be honoured in this way. (GBN) is for the many thousands of people who work in the golf business all around the world.
