Prominent Canadian Developer announces second European Project in the picturesque wine capital of the World.

The Cabot Collection, developer and operator of luxury resort and residential golf destinations around the world, has announced the official opening of Cabot Saint Lucia, a 375-acre golf and residential estate that occupies a one-and-a-mile stretch of coastline overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Streamsong Resort in Florida, one of the world's leading golf destinations, has been sold by The Mosaic Company to Lone Windmill LLC, a subsidiary of Kemper Sports Management, for $160m.
