The All-Party Parliamentary Group For Golf (APPGG) has confirmed that current Covid guidelines for golf clubs in England will remain until July 19.
APPGG offers clarification on reopening of golf in England02-03-2021
Following on from the UK Government's announcement of the four-step road map out of lockdown, which included the reopening of golf courses in England on March 29, the PGA has issued further clarifications on the return of coaching, driving ranges and retail operations.
Golf rounds played in Great Britain up 12% for 202005-02-2021
The findings should increase the pressure in support of the growing weight of evidence that golf can be played safely in accordance with social distancing and should therefore be one of the first activities permitted to reopen
