‘View From‘ support for World Match Play

View From, Marks & Spencer’s sportswear brand is the Official Clothing Sponsor to the HSBC World Match Play at Wentworth. In just a year, View From has made great strides in establishing itself as a major player in the golf clothing market.
As the Official Clothing Sponsor of the HSBC World Match Play Championships, View From will supply all officials and volunteers with a variety of garments from the View From golf collection and will be retailing an exclusive range of World Match Play clothing in the tented village at Wentworth. As well as receiving exposure from on-course signage and TV, print and web site coverage, View From will also be running consumer promotions to win tickets to the event and official clothing in the specialist golf media in the run up to the Championship.
The World Match Play Championship, held between 16th October and 19th October, is now in its 40th year. The event has always been played over the West course at Wentworth and once again extensive live coverage the World Match Play will be shown on BBC TV.
Angela Masella, View From’s marketing manager sees the association with such a premier golf tournament as a major positive for the View From brand, commenting, “Our involvement with the World Match Play provides further proof that we are a serious player in the golf clothing market. In addition to our continued presence in over 120 Marks and Spencer stores nationwide, keen golfers will now be exposed to the brand on site at Wentworth and on their TV screens.”
