The eighth Faldo Series Hong Kong Championship will return to the Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course on 6-7 August. Talented golfers from across Asia will compete for the chance to join Sir Nick Faldo at the season-ending Grand Final.
Shinichi Mizuno will feature in a field of more than 50 golfers aged 12 to 21 competing over two rounds on Kau Sai Chau’s North Course. 19-year-old Mizuno was Hong Kong’s top performer in the last Grand Final with a top-ten finish and runner-up in the Boys’ Under-21 division.
Four age-group winners from the 2013 Hong Kong Championship – two boys and two girls – will qualify for the eighth Faldo Series Asia Grand Final, to be hosted by the six-time Major winner at Mission Hills Golf Club in Shenzhen, China next March.
