One of the items in the auction at the Golf Foundation Pro-Am to be held at The Buckinghamshire Golf Club on Monday 10th October will offer the chance to be a caddie for Colin Montgomerie during the Pro-Am at the BMW PGA Championship (23rd May 2012) at Wentworth – a once in a lifetime opportunity!

The successful bidder will be hosted by Colin and his full time caddie and expected to carry the “Tour Bag”, replace divots, rake bunkers, clean clubs and give yardages whilst walking shoulder to shoulder with the European Tour and Ryder Cup Legend. In addition, the highest bidder will also receive a goodie bag containing souvenirs of this unique experience.

If you’re not able to get to the Golf Foundation Pro-Am, don’t worry – you can still try to secure this incredible item for yourself by sending in an absentee bid.

Commission bids together with full contact details (including your name, telephone numbers, an e-mail address and a postal address) should be sent to the Golf Foundation’s Marketing Manager using the following e-mail address – sarah@golf-foundation.org

Commission bids will be accepted until 5:00pm on Sunday 9th October. Absentee bidders are asked to state what their opening bid would be and the maximum amount that they would be willing to pay.

Terms and conditions apply to this experience which has been kindly donated by Colin Montgomerie (President of the Golf Foundation) and will be managed by the Tour Players Foundation as part of its ‘Inside the Ropes’ Initiative. For more information please call 01992 449830.
