Pellucid Corp, a recognized leader in information, insight and advisory services to the golf industry, announces that golf industry veteran Alan Fisher has joined Pellucid as an associate consultant and retail expert.
Alan brings more than 25 years of industry experience to the Pellucid team, having marketed and sold Point-of-Sale (PoS) technology for several major system providers, and consulted with major golf course retail shops on inventory control and profitably.
In addition to selling and servicing Pellucid’s existing portfolio of services (Sharper Edge Marketing, Customer Franchise Analysis, Facility Performance Scorecard, Weather Impact Tracking, Voice of the Local Golfer survey and Market Analysis), Alan will bring his Sharper Retail open-to-buy system and analysis methodology to Pellucid. Alan’s retail inventory expertise adds another knowledge element to Pellucid’s continued pursuit of helping golf course owners and operators make better fact-based decisions that result in improved performance and profit.
