OnGolf, which says that it has ‘the most comprehensive golf course management system ever developed’, announced at the Golf Industry Show that it will launch its revolutionary software platform in April 2015.
The new cloud-based decision platform provides actionable analytics and recommendations to golf course Superintendents. The platform is designed with simplicity and mobility in mind first, all critical information is consolidated to help superintendents reduce costs while improving turf health and playing conditions.
“The golf world is undergoing a realignment with costs increasing while course revenues are declining in many regions. Given this environment golf course Superintendents must learn to do more with less,” said OnGolf Chief Executive Officer Walt Norley. “OnGolf allows the Superintendent the ability to customize the information they want to manage in a simplified manner providing efficiencies in time management and insights to critical parts of the operation.”
OnGolf is unique because it is a “plug-and-play” solution that works with all existing software and hardware providers immediately. Once integrated with the data providers, it can be up and running instantly like an App download and can be customized to manage an entire golf course, by golf hole or multiple golf courses.
OnGolf consolidates all the key operational metrics including course health indicators, water and energy outputs, playing conditions indicators like green speed and firmness, labor tracking for man-hours and crew allocations, nutrient budgeting and chemical compliance –all on one platform with actionable analytics.

OnGolf has been test piloting at several golf courses across the U.S. including Merion Golf Club, Eagle Point Golf Club (NC), The Club at Mediterra (FL), Muirfield Village Golf Club (OH), all six courses at Desert Mountain (AZ) and will be adding several more this month prior to commercially launching in April 2015.
