Glenmuir introduces a comprehensive range of 12 weather-beating products in the Performance Outerwear section of its new Spring/Summer 2012 Collection – ranging from water-repellent knitwear to full rainproof suits.

The renowned Scotland-based company will unveil the new ‘Willoughby’ (Men’s) and ‘Beatrice’ (Ladies) bonded fleeces as a key product for the season, which offer outstanding protection from the cold and showers due to their high-specification, three-layer bonded construction.

The inner fleece lining offers warmth and comfort, a PU film layer prevents water penetration and ensures breathability while the outer polyester knit delivers excellent water resistance.

The full-length jacket zip and pockets are storm sealed, while a chest pocket provides easy access to a scorecard and other lightweight essentials. The garment also carries the distinctive Glenmuir 1891 and StormBloc® embroideries.

Willoughby is available in Lead/Black/Garnet and Navy/Cobalt colour choices in size S-XXL with an RRP of £75. Beatrice is offered in a stunning Rose or Lagoon blue colour choice, in sizes S-XL with an RRP of £83.

Elsewhere in the Performance Outerwear category, Glenmuir has updated the colour options in its best-selling windshirts range with a modern Cobalt blue added to the Storm Bloc® Team, Storm Bloc® Vest, Storm Bloc® Pro and Storm Bloc® Club.

Glenmuir’s Spring/Summer 2012 collection features two all-new colour schemes; Provence (Mediterranean purples, pinks and creams) and Antigua (a vast spectrum of blues).
