Colman Ryan, the Co-Proprietor of Frankfield Golf Range at Cork in south-west Ireland has been a satisfied Power Tee customer since 2007. Now he has installed the latest version of the British-made automatic tee-up system. He is so delighted that he has written this glowing testimonial.

“One evening in the July of 2007 I had a phone call from my main range supplier, Michael Carroll (Carroll Golf Ireland). He informed me that a man by the name of Martin Wyeth was in Ireland promoting ‘Power Tee’ his new automatic tee-up system, and asked if I would be interested in meeting him. The following morning we met with Martin, and went ahead with the installation. Three months later the turnover at Frankfield Golf Range turnover was up over 50%!

“Over the last six years the Power Tees have proved themselves to be a fantastic piece of British engineering. Some of our ball engines have done over 1.5 million balls and of our 20 machines 9 have never been back for repair.

“After six years not surprisingly the mats and aesthetics were getting tired so we decided to go to Swindon to talk with Power Tee Managing Director, Richard Baggarley.

“When we visited their premises and saw the new generation 5 Power Tees, we were blown away. We didn’t think there was any way that you could improve on the original ones, but they have and in a huge way. Anything that you could even think of calling a fault with the old ones is remedied.

“The vibrating tray, the moisture proof electronics, the far higher quality mats, the far better quality parts in the ball engines etc, the list could go on.

“In the month that the new ones have been installed we have had nothing but fantastic praise from our customers, and not one word of complaint about the increase of the price of the balls – a very difficult thing to achieve in Ireland in the current economic climate. Draw your own inclusions I can’t praise them enough.”
