At 10:00 a.m. on 16th January, the City of Pompano Beach, in partnership with renowned golf course architect and World Golf Hall of Famer Greg Norman, will come together to celebrate the official opening of the redesign and renovation of the first Greg Norman Signature Municipal Golf Course.

Greg Norman will attend the grand opening along with Mayor Fisher, City officials and the public.

The Pines Course will most certainly open to rave reviews and this championship course will become a pillar for the community, providing a first class amenity for the residents and visitors of the City of Pompano Beach.

“I am very excited to announce the grand opening of my redesign of the Pines Course for the City of Pompano Beach,” Greg Norman said. “This is my first municipal golf course design project and my team and I really enjoyed working with the City of Pompano Beach to deliver a first class public access golf course. We worked very hard with the City to deliver a golf course that is maintenance friendly and player friendly which will help create a sustainable golf model for the City of Pompano Beach.”

The newly redesigned Pines Golf Course, which is located at 1101 North Federal Highway in Pompano Beach, Florida, is one of two golf courses owned and operated by the City of Pompano Beach. Together with the Palms Golf Course, these two courses provide a true golf challenge for all skill levels.
