TaylorMade-adidas Golf Launches Inside Sales Programme

As part of a new initiative to reach out to a wider range of European field based accounts, TaylorMade-adidas Golf are pleased to announce the launch of their new Inside Sales department.

The initial focus will be to establish and develop relationships with golf retail accounts across Region West (U.K, Ireland and Benelux) and then later roll it out across other regions around Europe.

The over-arching aim is to provide a high level of telephone-based contact to accounts that might wish to trade with the TaylorMade, adidas Golf and Ashworth brands but who might, for example, operate smaller scale retail establishments and be able to carry only a limited selection of products.

With this in mind, sales programmes for 2013 will include a level with no minimum spend requirements where a partner account will still benefit from a dedicated Account Handler and access to a full array of service based support contacts.

It is the first time in TaylorMade’s European history that a department like this has been fully resourced and integrated as part of an overall growth strategy. “It is important that we reach out to potential clients across our entire region, as well as explore new ways to enhance distribution levels of our expanding product portfolio” said David Pritchard, TaylorMade-adidas Golf Sales Manager European HQ.
