The Spanish PGA has become the latest influential golf industry body to officially recommend Foresight Sports Game Changer 2 (GC2) launch-monitor technology
Foresight is now the official technology partner and supplier for PGA de España, with the GC2 and Head Measurement Technology (HMT) also in use at the biodynamics laboratory of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (Technical University of Madrid), where it will be available for use by PGA partners.
The agreement was reached with Golf Strategy, Foresight Sports Europe’s official distributor on the Iberian Peninsula.
The PGA de España’s president, David Pastor, explained: “The Foresight Sports GC2 contains features ideal for our game analysis. When we were introduced to the GC2, through Golf Strategy, we were able to verify its accuracy, reliability and ease of use. Now we are using the GC2, we are confident it will be of great benefit to all of our members to have the latest, market-leading launch monitor technology available for their use.”
The GC2 – which directly measures all essential ball data at launch using ultra-high-speed cameras – and HMT, which, independently, directly measures all critical club data, is the most in-demand technology in golf, having revolutionised club fitting and analysis since its launch in 2010.
It was swiftly approved and recommended by many of the world’s leading club manufacturers including Titleist, Cleveland/Srixon, Cobra/Puma, PING and TaylorMade and dozens of other leading brands within the golf industry.
Foresight’s technology images the exact movement of the dimple patterns on the golf ball, to ensure pure, accurate, reliable data, making it the only technology suitable for all seasons and conditions – whether indoors or on the range – and is the only launch monitor able to provide trusted data for every club, every shot, every player and every swing, all to the highest accuracy levels in the industry.
