On 1st February 2013 Club Inc looked back and celebrated their hugely successful first year with their Associates, Partners, Sponsors and Suppliers. It was also a great opportunity to showcase Club Inc’s new offices located at 32 Castle Street, Guildford, GU1 3UW.

Club Inc’s Mission is to help clubs, businesses and individuals within the club industry plan, deliver and succeed in line with their goals and objectives.
During their first year, Club Inc hosted a number of networking and training events such as The European Club Leadership Summit (Click here for official Film) attracting large corporations such as TaylorMade, Toro, UBS Wealth, Galvin Green, Savills, 6060 Golf and Sports Marketing Surveys Inc, who became Partners, Suppliers and Sponsors of the events.
During a successful networking event at Wentworth Club, Julian Small stated “The advice that Club Inc can provide to managers in developing their careers within the industry can be priceless and very hard to find, therefore I believe there is great role for Club Inc.”
Club Inc’s Career Coaching service helped more than 100 individuals, comprising CEO’s, GM’s, Golf Club Secretary’s, Directors of Golf and Golf Professionals, with their career planning and objectives. Many have subsequently secured new positions or successfully been selected for interview.
In an endorsement from Karl Whitehead, Head Professional at Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, he commented: “My CV and Cover Letter certainly played a pivotal role in my success in achieving my dream move to Saadiyat Beach Golf Club (Abu Dhabi, UAE). Thanks again for all of Club Inc’s help”.
In co-operation with their Executive Search partners Kopplin & Kuebler, Club Inc has helped to place over 50 senior positions in the club industry throughout Europe and America. Examples include DesertMountain, Skolkovo, Trump International, Glencoe Country Club, Hamilton Golf and Country Club, Tyrrells Wood GC, Celtic Manor Resort, Brocket Hall and the PGAs of Europe.
Dennis Cleary, Chairman of Tyrrells Wood Golf Club stated: “Your professionalism, expertise and knowledge of the current marketplace was instrumental in finding the right candidate in Tristan Hall as our General Manager.”
Club Inc also completed a number of Health Checks across Europe, enabling clubs to identify and understand their current business position, which in turn helped them with their ongoing strategy and governance.
