SRIXON®, a global leader in golf ball technology and innovation, is delighted to announce the appointment of Alastair Thomson to work alongside Sales Manager, Iain Reid in the Scottish region as the company’s Sales and Demo Representative. He starts the position with immediate effect.
Alastair has 14 years’ experience working in the golf industry. Following the completion of his PGA Trainee period between 2009 – 2013, he spent the next 6 years working with leading OEMs, Cobra Puma, Yonex & Titleist as a Custom fitting specialist.
Most recently he spent two years as head fitter at Glasgow Golf Club, continuing to develop fitting knowledge as well as retail and golf operations management.
Commenting on his appointment, Thomson said “I am thrilled to have been offered the opportunity to come on board with Srixon Sports Europe. I am looking forward to working alongside Iain Reid and the rest of the team to help grow the success of Srixon, Cleveland and XXIO within the Scottish Region.”
