PGA Professional Chris Gane won the 2019 AESGC International Pro-Am at Al Ain

The AESGC 7th International Pro-Am, supported by Abu Dhabi Sports Council, will take place from January 26-30, 2020 at Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting & Golf Club in the UAE.

Up to 28 teams will compete over four competition rounds at AESGC, with PGA Professionals vying for their share of the €28,000 prize fund on offer. Trophies will be awarded to the leading five teams, leading three professionals and leading three amateurs in each of the three divisions in their stableford event.

The Pro-Am has become a staple of the PGAs of Europe’s Sanctioned Event schedule, and the club continues to host large-scale tournaments such as the Middle East Faldo Series, and the Faldo Series Grand Final.

Amateur packages cost from €1,350 and include six night’s accommodation in the Al Ain Rotana (Jan 25-30); course transfers; free use of academy facilities; practice round on Jan 26, and entry to Pro-Am team event Jan 27-30; shared golf carts; buffet lunch for all four tournament days; cocktail reception on January 26, and a gala dinner and awards ceremony on Jan 30.

Professionals entering with a team go free, and there is a 10% discount on team prices for any returning professional.
