Sunderland of Scotland, the original high performance outerwear brand, has unveiled its new collection for Spring Summer 2017 which offers stylish, contemporary designs in a variety of vibrant colours and incorporates technologically advanced fabrics and construction techniques and life time waterproof guarantees. Men’s Collection Highlights

Sunderland mens ss2017 Azure Storm

Azure Storm is the new colour story for the Men’s SS17 collection. A palette of strong and vibrant Azure Blue with highlights of Black and White compliment the technical performance fabrics throughout the range.

Rainwear – Our latest addition to the Sunderland Rainwear range, the s.Quebec Jacket has been engineered for ultimate movement during play, it incorporates 4-way stretch panels located on high impact zones across the upper back and around the arms holes. Complete with retro reflecting branding and laser cut flashes highlighting sleek matt water repellent zips as well fleece hand warming pocket bags and an in pocket golf club cleaning brush, this is an all-round high performance waterproof jacket that is now available in Azure/Black. The coordinating s.Vancouver Quebec trouser has added features to optimize functionality such as anti – abrasion protective tape at the hem, fleece lined hand warming pocket bags and contemporary trims such as bonded ankle adjusters, ‘s’ logo lockdown zip pullers and Gunmetal toggle trims. Sunderland of Scotland are proud to offer a Lifetime Waterproof Guarantee on all rainwear.

Windwear – Sunderland’s generation of windshirts including the s.Breckenridge half sleeve option boasts highly windproof and shower resistant 4-way stretch fabric whilst being ultra-lightweight and quiet for minimum restriction and interruption. This is now available in a vibrant shade of Azure Blue with Black and White contrast detail.

Coldwear – The increasingly popular s.Vermont Padded Gilet looks particularly strong in Black with Azure Blue performance stretch side panels and stretch binding detail around the hem and armholes for ease of movement. The front and back panels as well as the collar are quilted for heat insulation and wind resistance designed for added warmth as well as comfort.

Ladies’ Collection Highlights

Sunderland womens ss2017 Cherry Sky

Cherry Sky is the new colour story for Ladies’ inspired by trend forecasts for active performance sportswear Cherry is the must have colour for 2017. The Cherry colour is extremely intense and saturated and is complimented throughout the colour story with a softer Silver contrast and Black matt trims.

Rainwear – The s.Montana jacket’s elegant streamlined design with curved seams is highlighted in the new colour story Cherry Sky. Cherry is the dominant colour with fresh silver colour blocking in smooth lines at the centre front and back of the jacket. The s.Montana jacket incorporates a discrete neck adjuster system concealed by a branded hood at the centre back of the collar as well as containing a hidden waist adjuster system which can be operated from inside the jacket pockets. The s.Montana jacket is waterproof, windproof and lightweight which can be worn with the coordinating s.Montana trousers, equally high in performance and elegant in design, all with a Lifetime Waterproof Guarantee.

Lined Sweater – The s.Zonda lined sweater is made with 100% premium combed cotton on the outside. The inside of the garment is breathable whilst providing excellent heat insulation with a dry fit lightweight ultimate stretch lining. Black with subtly contrasting Black Marl raglan sleeves and a burst of Cherry detailing is new for Spring/Summer.

Coldwear – For excellent heat insulation and wind resistance the s.Bromley gilet is designed with a brushed back fleece fabric incorporating a 4-way stretch for ease of movement. The gilet in Cherry has flattering curved silver panels with coordinating silver zips and elegant yet functional ‘s’ logo lockdown zip pullers.

Accessory Highlights

Ultralight Wide Brim Hat – The new s.Ultralight Wide Brim Hat offers exceptional waterproofing with a deep scooped back to ensure water travels away from the neck to keep you dry. The hat has a mesh lining for breathability and an elasticated headband for added comfort.

Thermal Lined Showerproof Mittens – s.Thermal Lined Showerproof mittens are new for SS 2017. They consist of high performance waterproof fabric with a super soft touch heat insulating lining. There is an extra hand warmer opening pocket in the palm of the glove as well as storm cuffs for added comfort and protection.

Clearview Performance Umbrella – The s.Clearview Performance Umbrella is the ultimate umbrella for the worst of weather conditions with an extra-large diameter of 130cm for coverage. There are two unique clear viewing panels whilst the windproof vent-cover with a double canopy prevents inversion in windy conditions. The lightweight and flexible fiberglass frame adds extra strength. It is comfortable and easy to grip with a branded rubber handle compatible with a golf trolley umbrella holder.
